Background Information

  • Ca. 1926. OPUS 613. Registered with the Historical Organ Society.
  • Original installation in an Indianapolis, Indiana mansion - the Goodman mansion in 1926.
  • Upon the 1980 deaths of the original owners, Opus 613 was purchased, unrestored for $100,000 and eventually installed in another Indianapolis mansion.
  • A full restoration at that time included:
    • Advice from the Smithsonian Institute
    • The finest organ restorers in Indiana
    • Quality restoration materials from Organ Supply Industries, Arndt Organ Supply, Peterson Electro-musical Products, Midwest Organ Specialties and others.
  • Includes built-in E.M. Skinner Organ Roll Player with a large supply of original rolls.
  • Wonderful Peterson MIDI system with 20,000 MIDI tunes (furnished by seller).
  • Includes a partially restored 63-note "harp" (Aeolian). Metal bars with resonators.

  • Financial considerations prevent reinstallation in DE. This wonderful E. M. Skinner is being sold to recover a portion of the current involved costs.
  • Ideal for a home or medium sized Church.
  • Perfect organ for expansion to fit individual needs.
  • Personal inspection by buyer or authorized agent before purchase is advised.
