RARE LOCHMAN 25" DISK MUSICAL BOX
WITH 12 SAUCER BELLS

We now offer you the most rare Lochman ever produced -- a Lochman with 12 SAUCER BELLS IN A 25" DISK SIZE. Very few were ever produced and even fewer are known to exist. References indicates that the ratio of large Lochman musical boxes with tubular bells to saucer bells is about 100 to 1. This wonderful speciman comes from "untouched areas" of Europe as did Item 237, "Lochman with 12 TUBULAR bells". In 40 years of collecting, We have never even heard of a Lochman with saucer bells; have you?

UPDATE: We now have two of these wonderful musical boxes in our inventory as of 9/9/05

This piece is "untouched by human hands" and is pristine. The case includes a magnificent, original gallery, often missing or replaced in such rare instruments. The bells are bright. The double combs are clean with no previous repairs. The condition of this instrument suggests that it played very little and received "tender loving care" since it was produced ca. 1895.

Twelve (12) excellent disks are included with additional available. This instrument is priced according to its rarity.

Inventory Item #312 on the "Availibility and Price List".
