As collectors know, we are NOT phonograph collectors. However, we understand that the top two console models ever produced by Victor were the ORTHOPHONIC and the CREDENZA consoles.
We have an ORTHOPHONIC case, stripped years ago and converted into a beautiful roll cabinet. However, we do have the original and complete CREDENZA, in beautiful condition. It is obvious that this instrument received tender loving care during the past 100 years.
It performs beautifully with a large selection of original phonograph disks. Even if only used for decoration, this piece is a beauty. But to "relive the past", nothing is better than a nice rendition of a 1900s tune.
My wife will "shoot me when it sells". It is now in the living room where it brings lots of pleasure to our frequent guests and clients.
